Before launch, make sure your team details are correct and follow up with your SuperAdmin if anyone is missing or needs to be removed.

Your team is more likely to engage if they consider the benefits of Work-Rite before it launches. Use these tools to create excitement:

a. All-Staff Team Announcement

• Show this short (2 min) Work-Rite Intro Video during a team meeting.

• Discuss how ensuring you have strong connection, achievement, performance and wellbeing is beneficial to them, the team and the organisation.

• Ask your team to reflect on what workplace experience they would like to create.

• Ask your team to complete the learnings and plan to discuss these at your next meetings.
