Set the Tone – Show your support by talking positively about Work-Rite and its benefits. If you’re engaged, your team will follow.
Make It a Priority – Encourage participation by scheduling time for the team to complete the induction (10 minutes per lesson, four lessons total).
Remind & Recognise – Send reminders, check progress, and acknowledge those who complete the program to build momentum.
