Interpreting Your Lead-Rite ConsumptionYour Lead-Rite dashboard & consumption report provides a snapshot of the extent to which leaders are engaging and consuming their learning content each month. One of the key indicators to understand leadership development is Learning Consumption—this represents the percentage of learning content that has been completed by your leaders during any one month.
Understanding your consumption rate helps you monitor leader engagement and readiness to support workforce wellbeing and performance through Work-Rite. Plus, enables you to understand the level to which leaders are applying wiser leadership behaviours and principles as the primary way of leading staff.
High (75% and above)What it means:
Outstanding Result! The majority of leaders are actively engaging with the Lead-Rite learning modules. This level of engagement suggests leaders will be developing wiser ways of leading and applying wiser leadership behaviours and principles.
Moderate (50% – 74%)What it means:
A solid result. Most of your leaders are completing their Lead-Rite Learnings, but there’s still an opportunity for more leaders to engage. This level of engagement means there will still be some inconsistent messaging to staff given not all leaders and applying the wiser leadership behaviours and principles.
Low (25% – 49%)What it means:
Only some leaders have engaged in consuming the Lead-Rite learning. This means only 25% - 49% of your leaders are applying wiser leadership behaviours and principles to engage the hearts and minds of staff.
Very Low (Below 25%)What it means:
Only a few leaders have engaged with the Lead-Rite learning content. Low engagement suggests their may be broader issues with performance, communication, or workplace connection. It is highly likely that if leaders are not engaging with the Lead-Rite content then they will not be engaging the hearts and minds of staff to participate in the Work-Rite program.
