We’re now a couple of weeks into the Lead-Rite induction, and I want to thank those of you who have already completed the modules and started reflecting on how we lead and influence wellbeing, connection, achievement and performance in our workplace.
Now it’s time to take the next step—preparing to launch Work-Rite across our teams.
Work-Rite is all about helping our people feel more connected, more capable, and more motivated in their day-to-day work. To do this well, we need every leader across the organisation to complete their learning and get ready to actively support their teams.
If you haven’t yet completed your Lead-Rite modules, please do so as soon as possible. If you have, it’s time to prepare for launch and discuss the benefits of this program with your team.
